I've been playing the flute for 13 years now and piccolo for 10, and in my spare time I play with a community band. For some extra income, I also participate in a quintet with a clarinet, trumpet, trombone, and euphonium. We usually perform at parties or weddings, but once, we were hired to accompany an opera singer in her performance.

Also, when I was 16, I tried to take up a third instument. But I was the weirdo, and I became my school's first flute/piccolo/trombone player. It didn't take long to figure out that my lips just didn't have enough meat to play the trombone with a good tone, but I make it a habit to review positions and everything, just in case I need it one day... Besides, I love bass clef so much more than treble clef. ~All Cows Eat Grass~

Right now I'm working on Chopin's Nocturne Opus 32 Number 1 for a small competition.
